"Thank you to Ward one"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Gynaecology

After having a bad experience last year at heartlands, I was dreading coming back. However, the staff at Ward one are incredible! They're are thoughtful, kind and have made a horrible failed pregnancy experience bearable. I have been an outpatient for 3 weeks and each person I have been met with has shown an immense amount of care, hospitality and professionalism. For that, I'd like to say thank you.
