"Receptionists can be very rude"

About: Dr Kj Manock & Partners

Have had to contact surgery on behalf of an elderly vulnerable patient on a number of occasions. Some of the receptionists very rude and unhelpful. Especially one. I was spoken to like I was a naughty child

Because I rang at the wrong times for home visits and not advising the surgery when mum was back home from a care home

The way I was treated at a very upsetting time was made worse by certain members of staff.

I am very sorry that this has been your experience of accessing services at the surgery. Please do contact me at the surgery to discuss, or send a letter and I would be more than happy to investigate this matter.

All of our reception staff are highly trained, skilled individuals, and if a training need has been identified I would like to resolve it as soon as possible.
