"Mom received excellent care in this hospital..."

About: Royal Derby Hospital / Cardiology

Mom received such great care and love from the staff.

Although I was not able to attend every day because I work away in London I was provided a unique call in I’d so was able to get update on her status.

Then mom recovered and was transferred and dad went into the same ward only to receive the similar high standard of care.

Mom actually made friends with the staff who promised her to take same best care of hubby.

We are reassured at this hospital of what the NHS should be like for us in times of needs.

This model hospital should be used to benchmark the others.

After all we pay into the NHS our hard earned money and we really deserve the love care and dignity shown at this hospital to be available at all others.

A tall order I know, but it would be nice wouldn’t ?.
