About: Hillingdon Hospital / Maternity

Very over due baby so had to be induced.

All of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Ended up with an emergency cesarean. I felt safe and looked after throughout the entire process.

Excellent communication between the staff and they kept us informed.

Great birthing room.

Only gripe... so cramped in the ward afterwards and it was soooo hot. Didn’t sleep a wink. Book a private room if you can.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review of your care. It is extremely satisfying to hear that you felt supported by the staff, throughout the whole process.

It is very reassuring to hear that the communication during the time you spent with us was excellent as well.

I do take on board your comments about the heat on the post-natal ward and more fans have been purchased for the patients comfort.

Again thank you for kind comments, I will ensure they are passed on to the staff.
