What I liked

Clean, calm environment.

What could be improved

Patronising attitude of a doctor in A&E. When asked a civil question, I would normally expect a civil answer from a professional.

Anything else?

Overall, previously I have no complaints at all with Northwick Park Hospital. Very impressed with reception staff attitude in A&E.

We were pleased to learn that you were impressed with the reception staff in A&E but were sorry to learn that the doctor who saw you was patronising. Your feedback will be passed on to the manager for this area so that the issues you have raised can be looked into and appropriate action taken.
