"Build u up knock u down"

My relative is on an autism unit where many have sensory issues yet door constantly bang bunches keys like prison wardens make so much noise patients soo look forward to home visits with family days out yet 8outta 10times cancelled due to lack staff paperwork not complete properly given routine structure is key is often lacks as if patients react to being badly let down they often miss out on dinner have sandwiche or loose out on a privilege

Ex poor communication between family ward unless u ring up chase chase chase many things don't get done there are some lovely staff and some staff whom concern me I have observed things I don't like dr in charge nice doctor and does listen to his patients

I have found it more stressful dealing with hospital than having the patient home with me

I know it's not an easy job to do and some do it soo well sadly many don't and many times I've bit my tounge caregiver complaints too easily dismissed

I find they expect so much from patients but give v little in return could be a brilliant hospital if changes were made
