I know the instructions and stipulations for leaving a review prohibited any use of names, however i would like the think that the positive nature of a review, referring to one person in particular, might be exemplified?

The doctor is the epitome of what i perceive to be a doctor. His 'approachability' and acceptance of what you tell him is overwhelming.

I came to the doctor again after an initial appointment with him for both my partner and myself. After experiencing his level of care firsthand, i was able to return only to him to finally talk about my mental health issues. Something i have never discussed with a professional before.

Dear Patient,

Many thanks for your wonderful feedback! We're so glad to hear one of our GPs has had such a positive influence on a patient, and would love if you could contact the practice directly so we can feed this back to the individual involved and team.

We have recently re-launched our Patient Participation Group - which is an active group of volunteer patients who meet regularly with staff from the practice to provide views from a patient's perspective - and would love if you could join us at our next meeting and feed these lovely comments back to the team.
