Have only been with the surgery a couple of months and have seen 2 nurses and had 1 DR telephone appointment.
Both nurses were friendly and incredibly helpful. They help with the issue I went for, but also discussed other problems and provided me with plenty of information. Neither nurse made the appointment feel rushed, and actually made me feel that they were happy to help.
The telephone appointment I had with a GP was also very good. I missed the first call and the GP left an answer message. They then called again later. He was informative and discussed with me different options of treatment moving forward. Again I didn't feel rushed, and left the call having had all my questions answered.
