The fact this practise is in a portakabin should not put you off.

This only reflects the friendliness Of the service and they are moving in 18 months anyway.

I have been with the practise from day one, my husband joined later.

We have both had excellent care, even with 4500 patients it still feels personal and friendly.

You are always greeted warmly and listened too, yes they do run over time but you will get the extra time you need when it is your turn.

If it worries you they are interested so they can allay your fears.

You can always seek alternative medication if something doesn't suit you.

You are not viewed as a nuisance for asking questions, even if you are a worried well.

You can feel assured you are getting the best the NHS can offer - with a smile.

All the staff have the same ethos.

They can't always give you an appointment but you will be offered an alternative - it isn't personal, they only have so many to go around.

Do not hesitate to transfer - you will be made welcome.
