What could be improved
Staff are extremly rude and patronising. A doctor had referred me to the wrong department (scanning/imaging). When I contacted them, I was outright mocked for going to the wrong department. I've never felt so humiliated and angry.

I am really sorry to hear of your disappointing experience with the imaging department at UCLH. We always strive to put our patient's needs first and ensuring the respect and dignity our patient's deserve is always a priority.
