"The receptionists need customer service training"

Having worked in customer service most of my adult life I cannot understand firstly how the receptionists still have a job let alone why they have not been reprimanded. A lot of comments on here state how rude they are and thats an understatement. They have no compassion. I am beginning to think they get comission for every patient they manage to avoid the doctor seeing that day. They refuse to let you pre book appointments but wont let you arrange a call back without a detailed explanation of your personal health issues.

Despite the fact its the closest surgery to me I think its time to move to a surgery who value customer service in the receptionists.
