I have recently attended NHS Lothian's St John's Hospital, in Livingston.
From the first telephone contact with the Orthopaedic Hand Clinic I have been treated with patience, understanding and respect. I have received first class treatment, Thankyou.
I was initially admitted into the Day Surgery unit for a wrist ligament restructuring operation by Miss Rust and her team.
Subsequently I spent several days under observation in the Day Surgery Ward.
I am not the only patient passing through the Day Surgery Ward, it can be extremely busy at certain times of the day, however I noticed that the hospital staff were equally courteous to all incoming patients.
The food offered to patients is first class quality and obviously freshly prepared and cooked on the premises. There are plenty of tasty choices on the menu and the Kitchen deserves a Five-star rating on TripAdvisor!!😃
All the staff in Orthopaedic Outpatients, Plastic Surgery Hand Clinic, Day Surgery Ward and Kitchens deserve to be highly commended for their commitment and professionalism.
