"A GP that has declined over the years."

I've been going to Flagg Court GP for a number of years from a young child growing up to becoming an adult, and I've witnessed a lot of changes. The positive is the modernisation of the practice, however the quality of service has become fairly poor of recent times and I'm often left dissatisfied and unhappy with the waiting times, the information and the help I receive. I'm not surprised if the staff have felt less motivated of recent times due to cuts, and in conclusion it saddens me to see the quality of service go downhill.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear you are unhappy with changes to your practice. GP practices in Sunderland fall under the remit of Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Group and not the hospital trust so any complaint would need to be re-directed to the CCG.
