We have just been referred to the Primary care out of hours service with my elderly father who unfortunately became unwell this morning. We were greeted by the nursing staff on arrival and received fantastic care from the staff throughout our visit. The Nurse practitioner who dealt with my father was amazing, very caring and compassionate and professional. She dealt with my parents wonderfully and sent us away reassured and with clear instruction for further health care and appointments required. Apologies I did not get names but thank you very much to the staff at work on 16th June 18 at 4pm you are a credit to your profession.
