"Finest example of how the NHS should be"

About: Adult community services / Continence advisory service

(as the patient),

I am so pleased to add my own appreciation to your long list of satisfied patients there must now be.

I cannot thank this department enough for setting the finest of examples of how an NHS department should be. Their advice, their service, supporting telephone calls, and above all, their caring attitude sets an example for all to follow.

I do hope my remarks are passed on to all concerned, including on a "personal note" Liz and Laura. All apologies for being rather late replying to your letters.

As part of my role, I support clinical services who undertake patient and public involvement on behalf of The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust which helps us to develop or redesign our services with patients in mind, from the valuable feedback we are given.
