"Will never go back"

we have been at the hospital since 7 am calling all morning with no reply then called the buzzer and nothing.

20min later we are let in.

this is our first child and we are a little bit scared we got moved to ward 21 where staff put us in a bed and we felt like we was just forgot about.

was promised pain relief and it took them over and hour to sort that.

then was told at 10 past 2 we can have an examination to see if we need to stay or we can go home, it is now 3 o'clock with no sign of anyone coming over even tho I have gone and asked at the desk countless time.

I am shocked and the lack of intrest from the staff here and certainly will not be recommending or coming back again.
