My 5 year old lad got sent from our doctor for bloods and see a consultant his appointment was at 9.55am I was there at 9.40 so plenty of time I had to ask if I was in right place she looked at letter in disgrace she said no try Sheffield children’s hospital even thou it said northern on it she didn’t look at computer are anything so we walked out rung our drs security up she phoned them give them a gobbing as he should have been there absolute joke

I am very sorry to hear about the problems encountered when you came to the Northern General Hospital with your young son and the lack of customer care provided to you. I can appreciate how frustrating and inconvenient this encounter was. This was not acceptable. Please accept our sincere apologies

We would like to refer this matter to the appropriate senior staff however we will need more details about when this happened and exactly where this was in the Northern General Hospital so that we can look into this in more detail.
