Went for a Gastroscopy appointment on Thursday 14 June 2018.. Although the experience was not comfortable, the staff were absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. The first nurse I saw was very friendly and explained everything in detail. In the room where I gad the procedure the Nurses and Doctor were very friendly and supportive whilst I was having quite a hard time during the procedure. I would like to thank them very much for being so kind through what was for me a daunting experience
