"The team in Urgent Care were just incredible !"

We visited the hospital as my 75 grandad fell unwell unexpectedly. Within 15 minutes he was seen and then told he had to be transfered to another hospital. During the wait for the ambulance all the staff were just incredible even taking extra time to calm a very scared and irritable old man. From the reception team, nurses and doctors every single one of them went that extra mile and i know that our family are extremley grateful for your caring manner and most of all patience. What a fantastic team!
