Very rarely unable to get a same day appointment, telephone system works well although queue system the other day jumped from being 1st on the queue to number 6??
Shame cannot book appointments in advance to see a named doctor.
On the whole very pleased with the practice and the doctors

We will continually monitor the ability to provide as many 'book on the day' and 'pre bookable' appointments as we can, to try to strike the right balance to enable us to help as many patients as possible.
