Just would like to praise and thank the kindness, support and empathy I received from Julie in the pre-assessment unit at Grantham Hospital. Sometimes you can be met with unhelpful responses but Julie went above and beyond to help me and she succeeded. I can not thank her enough for sorting out my situation but most importantly for understanding how I felt. Lovely lady, great nurse.
