I was very anxious about having this procedure. The receptionist, the nursing staff and the Doctor were very understaning, caring and proffesional.
Everything was explained to me in great detail and their kindness and support were exemplary.
They reassured, talked to me and one nurse held my hand, which was so lovely. Unfortunately my endoscopy had to be aborted. Those nurses are angels!!!! The Doctor was highly professional and took the time to explain the stomach anatomy and listen to my symptoms.
