I had an eye emergency last week and I received first class healthcare in Sheldon Unit ( Eye department) . The consultant ophthalmologist was very caring compassionate and capable. He was very professional and explained carefully and patiently all the questions I had. That took away a lot of my worries and concerns. The nurses, the receptionist and the OCT technician were all caring , understanding and helpful. They appeared happy doing their job. I felt very grateful for all their care.
I was followed up again this week. My condition was supposed to be wait and see but I felt half cured already. Thank you so much, the whole team in Sheldon Unit. You are a Star!
