"I could not praise the staff any higher!"

I recently had my endoscopy at Wishaw General and I could not praise the staff any higher! From the moment I arrived I was made to feel so comfortable and all staff were so friendly! Any questions I had were answered and they did their upmost to help reduce my anxiety! I had my endoscopy with sedation, so my memory of the procedure is very minimal but the snippets I do remember is the nurse saying comforting things throughout like "you're doing so well" "it's almost done" and that just made me feel that little bit better! Even the tasty hot chocolate and some Bourbon biscuits when I was in recovery was a nice touch! Could not praise the unit and staff any higher! Thankyou for making the already anxious experience a somewhat pleasant one!
