"Discuss referral"

About: University Hospitals Of Leicester NHS Trust

I saw a doctor in April 2018. He was supposed to arrange an appointment with a physiotherapist to help me control incontinence. I am due to return for an appointment in July to see how this is progressing, however the referral has not been done , I have rang this doctor's secretary every day this week the phone just rings then disconnects you and you can not leave a message! I am not prepared to sit in this doctor's clinic again for 3 hours only to be told there is no change in my condition so can you cancel my appointment in July.

I read on your website that ' We do what we say we are going to do' well not in this case! This has been a problem for the gynacology department for at least 4 years WHY DOES NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE? No Surprise that I've been let down again by this department!

You say ' we treat people the way we would like to be treated ' REALLY ? Sorry but not for one second do I believe that, you have proven time and time again that is not true ! When I complain I am told ' IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE YOU SHOULD GO PRIVATE!

So sick of the service from the staff in this department.

Dear reviewer,

Thank you for taking the time to post your comment.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience of our Gynaecology department. Could you send your details (name, address, date of birth, hospital number) to us so we can look at your notes?

Your feedback is important to us and we will use it to improve our service.

Kind regards,

Debbie Keeber
