This doctors is shockingly bad! Called yesterday at 8am for an emergency appointment my legs in a brace and can't walk. 20 mins of line busy and 42 minutes on hold waiting to get through to have all appointments gone and offered to walk to Mexbrough or Doncaster... so they clearly don't employ school grade let alone anyone with sense!
Then that night I find a lump. So my partner goes to the doctors to book an appointment. No we don't do that here now. At this point i'm constantly calling but line busy. Then it rings and 10 minutes of your call is important you're in the queue. Half 8 this is all appointments gone but you're refusing the one in Mexbrough. NO I
CAN'T WALK IT LIKE I JUST TOLD YOU!
EMPLOY PEOPLE WITH BRAINS AND GET RID OF THAT STUPID PHONE SYSTEM IT'S NOT SAVING LIVES OR TIME IT'S GIVING YOU YET ANOTHER FOB OFF!
