I had a complicated labour and all the members of staff at C&W responded immediately and provided the best care possible. Starting from midwifes and student midwifes at birthing centre ( aromatherapy, massage etc), continuing in labour ward, ending in theatre with all doctors, nurses etc and following postnatal care in Simpson Unit and postnatal unit - every single person contributed hugely to our safe delivery and comfortable stay in the hospital. Due to the blood loss I needed blood transfusion and was a bit weak after - but got so much attention and help. Staff was very supporting, helped me to take care of the baby when I was tired of down due to lack of colostrum. Absolutely amazing team. We can't describe how grateful we are. Thank you all and keep doing what you do - you're simply the best!
