"Minor injuries"

Triaged in a doorway in 10 seconds standing up and then Over 1.5 hrs wait before I was seen again even though there was only one person In front of me. In 1.5 hrs only one person called through to be seen. Plenty of clinical staff/nurses walking back and forth checking forms to and from reception but not much movement of patients. After 2 hrs told X-ray would be another 2hrs wait.

When seen the nurse was very helpful, just think the patient flow/pathway is not very efficient. Triage nurse should be able to order X-ray so patient doesn't have to wait twice.
