"A crisis"

About: Claybrook Centre

(as a service user),

I have been suffering in a crisis for a week now. This has caused me to self harm multiple times this week.  A plan was put in place last week.

A Dr was due to visit me at home this morning, (as I suffer from severe agoraphobia), but they failed to turn up. After communicating with the recovery centre I am under, an appointment has now been made for this afternoon.

I just want to say one thing.  What do the MHS deem as an emergency?  I was told my appointment was cancelled because of an emergency.  I just want to say, how do you think that makes people feel, who have been going through their own emergency for a week.  I think they should seriously think before saying these things. Saying this made me feel even more worthless than I already do.  Thank you West London Mental Health for making me feel even more useless.
