What I liked

The treatment and care that the doctors provide.

What could be improved

The admin staff, receptionists and secretaries dont seem to care about the extensive waiting times.

I had an outpatient recently, post appointment I was sent to have bloods taken I was told that the results would be available in 5 days and to call for these results which could be given to me over the phone. I called today to get these results and was told would have to wait an additional 7 days to get these results as the doctor needs to review them and send them to my gp before posting them out to me....which I have never heard of before.

I have had to wait for some tests for over 18 weeks, and the next test I have been referred for isnt until January.
