"Excellent care"

I had an appointment with cardiology as an outpatient and was immediately admitted. It was obviously quite a shock and the last thing I had expected. I was shown great kindness and respect by all staff and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely nurses in ccu. It was arranged for me to be transferred to Papworth for treatment. I was kept fully informed of what was happening at all times. I feel very fortunate that West Suffolk is my local hospital. It is clean, efficient and cheerful. Thank you ccu!
