Had my procedure carried out by David   I was very apprehensive to begin with but in no time at all I was put at ease by David and his team Pam and Doreen.

I didn't have time to think about my procedure as the banter with everyone was so funny. What a great team.

I wouldn't have any concerns about having anything done by them again.

Well done, you are all a credit to the NHS.

Thanks for letting us know how we did. We try to keep the mood of the room informal and find most people prefer a little chat to distract them from what is happening, although I was concentrating on the procedure, there was no need for you to be.

I shall tell Pam and Doreen of your praise, they appreciate it.
