(as the patient),

I am in very good health for my age as I am nearly 80. But I was very impressed by the way everything was organised and done efficiently without any waiting. I think the questions asked were very appropriate because at our ages these are the things that could affect us more than younger people.

I feel pleased that I am a patient at Greenhill Practice and would feel confident that is required help you could give it to me.
