"The last four years"

I have been a patient for the last 31 years, only in the last 4 have I needed assistance, on 2 occasions I consider my life has been saved by the immediate diagnosis and intervention of the doctors. On both occasions I have been sent to Southmead Hospital within hours of seeing the doctor. First time heart problem , second time enlarged prostate which eventually led to amputation of my leg. Since these episodes I have been cared for by many staff at the practice and in my own home. They still continue their good work and I find no problem with seeing them when I need to, or the way they have treated me.
