"i was taken to this ward after perforating my ear drum"

(as the patient),

I was sent via my gp after waiting there for 4 hours and asking the receptionist what was going on she then informed my that they had only just asked for someone from ent to visit the ward I had my grandson with me who needs medication at a certain time every day so I had to send my son to my house to get his meds when I was waiting for the ent doctor the nurses were all stood round laughing and joking all while there was a man sat next to me that said he had been waiting there for a day and a half and a lady doubled up in pain for 12 hours because the staff had all forgot her painkillers. the ent doc turned up at 7pm and to my horror had not seen my notes so it was a further 45 minutes and the doc having a coffee before I was seen then I took my notes to reception to make a further appointment but as they were to busy talking about the evening meal they had made themselves and sneezing over everything it took another 15 mins to make the next appointment
