"Awful attitude from reception staff"

About: Wibsey & Queensbury Med P

Never any appointments when you do finally get through. Reception staff rude. Tell you to book online then in same sentence tell you they don't release slots until day before but don't release future appointments as not sure of rota and staff sickness!!!!!

Doctors I have seen however have been lovely. Background staff spoil this by their rudeness and incompetence.

I would like to discuss your comments directly as staff attitude is important to the practice, any negative comments are taken seriously and discussed with the full team or where appropriate individual staff members.
