What I liked

The catering staff and the charge nurse were totally professional.

What could be improved

A senior nurse's attitude.

A senior nurse is one of the rudest people, I have ever met, the staff in general know that hospital stays are a deviance from the norm, the the consultant everyone apart from one was totally professional, This person has no people skills, is rude, abrasive, dismissing and to my horror was slagging me off when she thought I was out of earshot, what a rude and unprofessional attitude.
