"Appointment"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Maternity care

I have never known how hard it is to try and re-arrange an appointment, been on the phone for over 45 minutes being passed to department after department without being given another appointment. In the end I have decided to leave the appointment because you can't get through to anyone that is willing to help re-arrange an appointment. First Pregnancy and won't be choosing this hospital again for treatment or anything. Very Dissatisfied.
