I have been using this practice for 10 years since moving here. Most of the doctors are really helpful and efficient. Until recently the support staff has been as well.
Having seen the doctor last week I had to go to reception to book a blood test and urine sample. I had to wait in a que for 35 minutes while the woman who clearly only had one speed which was slow bungled along. There was a very elderly man in the queen behind me who had been given someone else prescription. This week I called for my results only to be told the urine sample has been lost so now 10 days in pain and have to wait again.
"What is going on up there"
