I have been a patient for a long time and things at this surgery just get better. Of course I could find things to criticize but that is not the object of my writing.
I have just attended the surgery for a review of my prescription. I had an appointment alloted to me the next day after I rang . The receptionist Julie was so helpful and fitted me in for my flu jab there and then which Karen agreed to do . Next I went in to see Dr Critchlow who is always very pleasant , my prescription was reviewed , I was asked to have a blood test and this will be on Friday. Now that is what I call efficiency
