"Crisis team doncaster"

Absolute diabolical care from the crisis team at RDASH. Rang SPA to be put through to crisis team on two occasions but always refuse to put me through to a team member and state someone will call me back, however, they never do! Both occasions were both of an emergency nature and each time they failed to come to the rescue, how disgusting to put someones life at risk like that when they are begging for help! ? Should be ashamed! Spent 4 hours in a& e waiting to talk to someone for just 10 minutes, that's no place for a person who requires crisis assistance! I think you need to have a relook at your system before you cost someone their life!
