(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

There have  been multiple occasions recently when Paddy, paramedic attached to Aurora medical practice, has been called to attend my elderly ,frail and infirm parents.

He has been unfailingly kind ,caring, helpful and professional on every occasion providing much needed reassurance to both my parents and myself.

Good Afternoon Keh,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share this lovely feedback on CareOpinion. It is nice to hear that our staff are delivering a kind and caring service. I would be grateful if you could let me know where it is the Aurora practice is as when I look there are a couple around Scotland. That way I can trace Paddy and let him and his manager know what a good impression he has made.
