phoned surgery for re prescription which is usually not a problem, as presently on blood pressure tablets. was told can not re prescribe over phone and needed to visit surgery.
explained due to the nature of my job this was difficlut as usually out of town. she insisted that if i wanted the pills i needed to come in . Visited the surgery after work and travelled out of my way for the promissed prescription only to be asked on arrival to fill a piece of paper in with my name, dob, address and reason for visit.
Firstly she had my details in front of her on screen so why the need for the piece of small paper.
I was then told the process would take two days to process, so why ask me to drive out of my way if it could have been done over phone.absolute disgrace .
no wonder people fall ill and avoid surgerys like this.
"re prescription"
