Found that the sessions and the therapist helped me a great deal and have had such a positive effect on my life and how I deal with my anxiety after experiencing a trauma. It has taught me skills to use and shown me a way of thinking and processing that I didn't know before. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to attend these sessions it has been such a valuable experience and helped me on the road to a full recovery.
