My consultant for my procedure was carried out by Dr Karavolos, from initial consultation through to procedure I have only praise for him and his team. All my questions were answered, and the care was precise and professionally carried out. I cant remember the individual names of the theatre team before I went under anaesthetic, but they were so encouraging and supportive, when I was starting to panic after waiting for surgery from 7am till I was taken at 2.30pm.(too long to think about what I was about to have done!)
We are truly privileged to have access to such skilful medical teams and all under NHS.
Thank you to Dr Karavolos, his team, the theatre team, the nurses in ward 308 who looked after me so well and made my stay in their ward as brief as possible.
