"Absolutely dreadful staff"

A member if my family was called in to apparently be induced. 24 hours later she was still in the same position. Absolutely nothing was done. A member of staff was the most rude and helpful nurse i have ever come across. She was using words like 'what!). God save the nhs with staff like her. I would recommend for everyone to give birth on the street than to go to City (wouldn't even call it a hospital). I am absolutely disgusted in this service. Access to the health care? That's a joke!
