"not tolerant"

About: Peterborough City Hospital

Today I had very bad experience in hearing check department. I'm 7 years in UK and I never had any problems in communication with doctors or someone else English speaking. Everyone was friendly and if you asked repeat something using different word it never was a problem. But today doctor half time of appointment told me that I should come with an interpreter and where I am from. He pretended that he did not understand me, but when his assistant was repeating to him what I said (word for word), this doctor understood everything. There was a feeling that he was mocking. It's not nice if someone speak with you like with an idiot. Or this doctor need to check his own hearing before. I was in a stupor when I left his room. I think you need to provide the training to this doctor - how to be more professional and tolerant.
