"Appointments"

Tying to get an appointment/speak to someone.

There are no appointments on line right upto 27th JULY!!!l

Phoned on Friday 8th June, spent half an hour on the phone - no one I could speak to, told to phone back in my lunch hour on Monday. Phoned as asked to - 9TH IN THE QUEUE no one available to take my call, no appointments available. Told to phone back later after 2pm.

Phoned after 2pm 10th in the queue, so could not wait as was now outside my lunch hour.

Phoned again at 3pm - 10th in the queue, now 3,35pm and still have not managed to speak to anyone other than the operator.

Just got the message to say pharmacist will phone me back in a 'few moments'

Am I asking for Brain Surgery? - no a repeat prescription for a BANDAGE!

NOW 3.45pm , 3.55pm & NO return phone call

I THINK IT IS TIME TO CHANGE SURGERIES - I will never be able to make an appointment to see a doctor with the ridiculous phone on the day, the doctor will phone you back, sometime during the day - so those of us who cannot have our mobile phones with us at work will never get the call, what happens if you work outside Leighton Buzzard?
