"Robotic Prostatectomy"

Just over one week ago I underwent this intrusive operation to remove my prostrate and hopefully all of the cancer. As you would expect prior to any form of operation you may go through some apprehension, well all I can say is thank you to everyone involved with my operation. My concerns and especially the treatment received by the majority of staff was exemplary,

The pre-op was relaxed, friendly but thorough, the staff were fantastic, thank you.

Everyone involved on the day of my operation were superb and it is a shame that names cannot be mentioned as some individuals excelled themselves and are a credit to the RDH and the NHS. From the surgeon to anaesthetist and their support team, I owe them a huge thank you for the procedure, care, comfort and professionalism they showed.
