"Excellent Service in Childrens A&E"

I took my child to the A&E dept on Sunday 10th June 2018. he has hurt his elbow. the triage Nurse was brilliant. My child has some SEN and health issues and she asked him questions using visual methods which he was able to relate well to. He was sent for an xray and the xray staff dealt with him in less than 5 minutes.. We saw a lovely DR who was also very good with my child and he explained what was wrong with his elbow . we were in the hospital for almost 4 hours as it was exceptionally busy. My son was dealt with during that time with kindness and respect. Thank you so much. I have tried to ring a relevant department to express our comments about the excellent service that we received but i have been unable to get through to anyone to compliment the fantastic service we received last night.
